Can I get an SBA loan if I had a past bankruptcy 4 years ago?

I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy four years ago due to medical bills — it wasn't from the business failing. I've rebuilt my credit to around 690 now and my business has been profitable for 2 years. I'm applying for an SBA 7(a) loan. Will the bankruptcy automatically disqualify me, or do lenders consider the circumstances?
