How do lenders verify income for DSCR loans if I have no W-2?
I have several rental properties and all my income is from rents. I don't have a traditional job or W-2. I've been told DSCR loans qualify based on property cash flow, not personal income. But lenders still ask for tax returns. Are the tax returns just for background verification, or can they disqualify me even if the property DSCR is strong?
